This group meets weekly on Wednesday mornings for fellowship and Bible study. The first study of the school year will be Becoming Heart Sisters by Natalie Chambers Snapp. It is a Bible study on building healthy authentic friendships that honor God. Author Natalie Snapp will guide us through the process of finding and nurturing healthy , authentic friendships that enrich our lives, honor God , and build up the body of Christ by digging into timeless truths of Scripture. Mixed Ages- Working WM; Topical and Bible Studies
This group is made of up women who work inside or outside the home and are not able to be in a group during the day. Their next study is Max Lucado's "Anxious for Nothing: Finding Calm in a Chaotic World". Philippians 4:6 encourages the believer to "be anxious for nothing". As Lucado states, the Apostle Paul seems to leave little leeway here. Is that possible?? In this world?? If we read and study Philippians 4:6 more then we Lucado shows us that there is a prescription for dealing with it. ...in EVERY situation, by prayer and petition, with Thanksgiving, present your request to God. United Methodist Women (UMW)
A community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the United Methodist Church.
Along with a monthly general meeting with guest speakers, luncheons, dinners and missions fundraisers, four small groups (Circles) meet int he daytime or evening throughout the month for study and fellowship.
